Recommend me 2.0 Speakers, Headphones + amp

I'll soon be moving into a new apartment on the top floor so I will need to change my existing sound system so I don't annoy the people below with the loud bass.

I am looking for a 2.0 setup, with the speakers sat on the desk along with an amp that could drive the speakers, and if possible allow me to plug headphones directly into the amp.

I'm not looking to spend a fortune, but looking at the mid-range. Any recommendations?

I'd say the speakers would be mainly for music/youtube. I listen to a wide range of music from tech house to rock.
I would probably use the headphones for gaming. Currently, I play battlefield and just purchased Witcher 3.

Budget-wise, I'd say up to £300.

No background noise so open-backed headphones would be fine. I currently use Corsair Gaming H2100 wireless headphones, but I find they cause fatigue quickly due to them being closed backs.
