Recommend me a 19" monitor, please

im after a 19" standard monitor peferably with speakers, i am on a budget of £180 if possible, i want to buy in the next couple of days, the main use will be general pc stuff and loadsa web surfin but will want to play an occasional game too. What 19" monitor can you recommend for me to buy and for what price should i be able to buy it for.

I have a Leadtek winfast geforce 6800 limited edition video card, with vga and dvi ports, should i just use vga for monitor connection or is it worth going for a monitor with dvi port.

im going from a 15" laptop monitor so anything should be miles better.

I looked at widescreen but i dont think its for me as i dont do a lot of gaming and i cant see any other advantage.

tbh i dont think the widesceen is for me as i wont be watching movies on it so id prefer to stick to standard ratio monitor

i prefer the look of the samsung 913 over the neuvo however the neovo on ocuk says 12ms yet the website says 4ms, does this mean there is a 12ms version out and ocuk aint stocking it?

i have ordered the samsung 913, reason i wanted silver and it looks sleeker and if i ever sell it on it will probably hold its price better.

compared to my laptop 15 monitor i should be very very happy
