Recommend me a case to replace a chenbro gaming bomb. Looking to keep it under £100 but if the case is really worth it then i may edge over :D

Good cooling is a must as sig rig is warm...

Im looking at Lian Li PC-7 Plus and the Antec P160 but would love to hear of any other recommendations or votes for the above :D

Cheers in advance

PC7+, with a decent set of fans and a windowed side panel if thats your thing.

Thread is over. :D

Or you could get a PC7+ and use the extra money to get a good graphics card cooler, and some Amber fans to make a low noise PC. :)

PC7+ gets my vote either way.

What rig you thinking of putting into it?

i must be the only person in the world who doesn't like the look of half of Lian Li's cases

i mean... they're okay... but nothing stupendous :-/

admittingly i've only seen pics on the web and nothing in person though.

the pc im putting in it is in my sig, the only thing that puts me off the lian li is the small fans, atm i have a 120mm and a 90mm and would like two 120mm to get the noise down tbh

But if the Lian Li is quiet then ill go for it, and thanks for the pic link looks smooth :D

99% chance your PC7+ will have 2x 120mm fans, as nobody I have spoken to in the last 12 months has had the older version. :)

So there goes that problem. :p

And yes, any case can be made quiet, and the PC7+'s price gives you the room to manage it. :)

If the componants are noisey in one case, they will be noisey in another. As long as you remember that you end up with a good quiet system.

okay i've been looking around, can anyone give me a view on the Lian Li V1000. I have a tagan modular psu and thats the only worry as my friend has the Antec P180 and had trouble with his tagan in the psu area as it was very limited on space.
Is this case better than the pc60 plus or pc-7 plus?

Cheers in advance again :D

Same here, the only one I really like the look of is the PC-S80B

Opinions on Silverstone's TJ02?

Only thing I'm not too sure about visually is the contrast between empty drive bays/optical drives and the cases random flow front design.

PC7+ is miles better than the PC60.

v1000+ is better again, I ran them for 2 years as my main case, and went through a lot of things to replace them that just never cut the mustard, will fit a Easycon PSU fine, but will be limited to 3 hdds.

yea it is a bit crampted inside. i get ok temps im planing to mod it so i can put a 120mm fan in the front for a bit of exta airflow. new to this kind of thing though so ill proberley muck it up lol
