Recommend Me A Cheap..

..Motherboard, My ASUS P5K from #2 PC in sig has died, I need something cheap, and cheerful, it needs to support 6400ram, also standard ATX size, some sort of oc'ing potential would be nice.

Again the motherboard doesn't have to be anything amazing, just something that'll support what I have. Any ideas welcomed!

The Gigabyte P31 based motherboard seems pretty decent for the cash, or if you have a little bit more cash then any P35 based motherboard would do the job nicely.
