Recommend me a child car seat for 9mths+ please?

Our little one's almost 8 months old now, and properly sitting up by himself, getting too big for the travel system seat that we're currently using.

Looking for something either group 1, 1&2, or 1,2,3, with 1,2,3 obviously being the preferred option if it's cheaper but still as safe, and hopefully coming in at under £100!

It'll be going in a 2000(W) Megane Scenic facelift, any advice much appreciated, as I'm pretty clueless about this stuff!

Cheers for all the replies, will pop to a few baby places next weekend and see what they can do for me.
The mother in law works for Waitrose, so gets 25% discount at a large retailer, will look into what they have too, can't do any harm!

Is Isofix a necessity, or any safer than standard fitment?

The seat might need to be put in parent's/in-law's cars too, and I've no idea whether or not they'd be Isofix compatible too.
