Recommend me a controller card to attach my USB-C from my case to pc

I have a USB-C port on my case at the front that i can not connect to my PC because my PC to too old, but i do have USB 3 Gen 2 ports at the back......


ive got plenty of ports at the back, so i just want to connect up my USB-C somehow ?
