Recommend me a CPU cooler please

Thinking about getting a cheapish CPU cooler, I've been using the stock cooler with my i5 760, but it's really not very good.

I won't be overclocking, I just want something to keep the CPU cool when under load and that is not terrible like the stock cooler

What's the best option at the moment?
