I'm currently on a (huge) Asus Star Ice cooler. It looks good with a side window on my case, but its really loud. What's good thats not quite as loud but still cools well at the moment?
 
A lot, Noctua NH-U12F, Thermalright Ultra-120? Both very highly rated coolers, and you can put whatever 120mm fan on them you want, so you can keep it as quiet as you need.
 
If you are after really Silent and almost top performance (not the best air cool)...

My first choice still be the Ninja... despite of the hard time installing and the price...

Cheaper option always Arctic Cooling 64, which perform closely to the ninja and easier to install as well... plus the price is about half of Ninja...(include a nice fan as well.

The new ninja suppost be easier install as well... for socket..AM2 and 775 the four silicon bolt can be pushed through the MB...
