Recommend me a FTTC ISP with short contract length

I'm going to be moving into a rented accommodation for 6 months so need a phone line and FTTC isp for 6 months. Can anyone recommend one that does short contracts?

Alternatively does anyone know one with a good break clause - for example Be Unlimited were 12 month contracts but the penalty for leaving early was only 1 months extra charges so a 6 month contract would only cost you 7 months payment.

I will need a phone line as well as the fibre.
 
Pulse8 are one of the only ones - mainly because the product comes from Openreach with a 12 month term attached to it.

You need to work out if higher monthly costs are going to work out cheaper than buying out the remainder of a contract.
