Recommend me a game

I'm getting bored and need a new game to keep me busy :)
I play BF2, BF 2142 every day almost and will do for a while I suspect. Recently I finished Oblivion, well the main story anyway. That game is just too time consuming. Finished Far Cry, Half Life 2, Prey, Condemned criminal Origins which I didn't think was that good. Lost interest in Unreal 2004, GT Legends, Need For Speed Most Wanted, Half Life 2. I keep wandering in to games stores to buy a game and just come out empty handed because nothing really catches my eye. Tonight I went in for a game and ended up walking out with another Xbox 360 controller (sold the last one with my premium pack when I got bored of it) for when Test Drive Unlimited comes out for the pc which is supposed to be in April. I'm waiting for Crysis, Unreal 2007, Alan Wake, Quake Wars and Stalker shadow of Chernobyl to come out but it's going to be a while till any of them are released. The gaming scene just seems to be in a dire state of affairs at the moment. Can anyone spec me a really good game to get my teeth into. :D
 
Why not try a few RTS' like Medieval 2: Total War and Company of Heroes? I don't play RTS as a rule but I have both and they are excellent (especially CoH).
 
Bought Need For Speed Carbon, completed it, bored of it already unless someone knows how to unlock the MR2 and other cars you can only access in challenges and use cheats to aquire. :D I bought Stronghold Legends as I used to play Command & Conquer years ago and thought it's be similar. Damn that game is frustrating/time consuming. :p
 
Live for speed is pretty cool.

I am in the same situation - I have been playing BF2 for a long time and I am starting to get bored, but nothing else reallt catches my eye.
 
I just picked up Chronicles Of Riddick and Hitman Blood Money, Anybody know if these are any good. I bought Hitman once but took it straight back after installing it as the graphics in the game seemed see through and stuff. I thought the game conflicted with my ATi X1800XT. I will try and get it right this time as I really enjoyed Hitman Contracts for the PS2, that game was really good :p

How about try them if you've picked them up? Riddick is regarded as a very good game, Hitman is a great game, though can be very frustrating.

Contracts I didn't really like, Hitman 2 was ace though.

I have Hitman Blood Money it is an ace game, the gameplay is way better. The graphics are really good imo too.

Not played Chronicles of Riddick but everyone who have told me about it says its ace (thats around 15 people).

CSS = popular but I'd say get BF2 instead, massive maps, lots of vehicles, weapons big servers. CSS is small maps, shoot, kill etc. Not a lot too it.

Guild Wars = Never played it.

WoW = Never played it but won't, have a m8 that just sits playing it 24/7 forget that, it steals your life.
