Recommend me a graphics card please!

I don't play any games of any sort so I don't need a particularly powerful card, but I do watch a lot of movie files via the TV-out on my current card. I would therefore like a card with an S-video tv-out, and enough oomph so that I can adjust over/underscanning with precision. I'd also like a DVI output as I may be investing in an LCD screen soon.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I don't think I need to spend more than £60 to get something satifactory.

for sixty quid....

ATI 9800pro on the bay would be a lot cheaper and would do what you say and more....
