My budget is about £75, I want to be able to play games like Hitman Blood Money at reasonable settings if possible. I have an AGP motherboard so it'll have to be AGP.

What card do you recommend?

Thanks

Just grab the best AGP card you can for that price, which will proberly be a GeForce 7 series card.

New, it may need to be something like the Sapphire X1600 Pro 256MB DDR2 AVIVO TV-Out/DVI (AGP) - Retail (GX-116-SP)
Price: £74.99 (£88.11 Including VAT at 17.5%)

But 2nd hand will give you more performance.

what motherboard and cpu you got, also what power supply, which is critical on card selection... some require large amount of power so take care

Should think most psu's will do the job for a mid range card

not if it requires a molex 12V power conection and that may be possible if he buys second hand! 75 sheets could get a 6600GT O/C (or better) on fleabay!

think before you buy before you cry!

second hand best money can buy is best bet....

i seen the 9800 pro, great card in it's day and worth a shout for home cinema, but for gamer PC on a buget there is better out there second hand like the 6600GT for 50 sheets or so on fleabeay
