recommend me a HEATSINK please

hey guys i was wondering anyone could recommend me a good, reasonably priced heatsink and fan for the following.

Asus P8Z68-V GEN3 Intel Z68
hIntel Core i5-3570K 3.40GHz (Ivybridge)


i was also wondering, if this makes sence. Which fans are better, the ones that sit right on top of the CPU or the ones that stick out with the heat pipes?
