Recommend me a HTML template.

I have been offered the chance to make a website for a street of local shops.
They dont want it super flashy as they all have their own personal ones so this is just like a directory really but will include images etc

I dont really have the time to start a whole new template (GCSE's coming up) so just looking for a nice clean website that will enable me to have multiple tabs for all the different shops etc.

Can anyone recommend me one?

I guess so. The problem is going to be that there is like 20 shops so not all will agree so i will just have to choose and go from there i think.
