I need a S939 M-ATX mobo which has everything on board (VGA, NIC) not bothered about sound (for a server). Needs to be stable, dont require overclocking features just something thats pretty fast but stable, also cheap as possible :)

As I expect OCUK probably wont be able to cater to this dont link to competitors if anyone knows any suitable candidates :)

Something with the nVidia 6150 based chip would be good. OcUK sell the Asus A8N-VM which would be fine if you don't plan on overclocking. :)

Maybe you want something uber cheap? The Biostar GeForce 6100-M9 is available for £41.96. I have the TForce version which is similar but better for overclocking and it's brilliant.

Either the Biostar 6100-M9 as mentioned above - or if you want high spec, gigabit lan, firewire 6150gfx etc then the MSI K8NGM2-FID is the daddy.

I have the ASUS A8 CSM model, seems ok but couple of quibbles- apparently vcore is a bit high, mines around 1.40-1.42 (others have reported this) The heatsink isn't held on that well. But I guess you'll enable Cool and Quiet so vcore will be around 1.1v. GFX performance is pants, ran Half-Life 2 at lowest everything and I think my brothers Geforce MX440 beats it! Seems cooler than mates Gigabyte Nforce 4 board, that needs case cooling. Has VGA and DVI out. Hasen't crashed yet in Windows, although did BSOD in HL2 (but I did have case fans off and overclocking)

hmm haven't had trouble as yet from the major issues people have had in that thread, although USB keyboard didn't work in BIOS ( but didn't work on another two mobo either with USB legacy disabled) until I worked out legacy USB support is enabled. Will use rear USB ports and see, revision of my board is 1.10G. Perhaps it did delay scrolling in the BIOS a couple of times, thought just me but will keep a eye out. Seems fine in Windows though but once it's going to be setup won't be using keyboard. Have to leave it a while only picked up on Saturday. 1001 BIOS.

I wouldn't worry too much as chances are it has been sorted in the later revisions of the board. Keep us informed because so far I've been reluctant to recommend people the asus until I know the issues are sorted. Since the MSI is getting harder to lay your hands on the asus may be the best alternative in the future.
