Recommend me a netbook please

Hi i have a budget of around £150-£200

I need a netbook basically, it must have a webcam on it.
I don't mind if it is a referb unless that is a no go.

cheaper the better and not too fussed about the brand.
They all look the same to me, 1GB RAM and 1.6GHz processor :/

I cant recommend a Netbook, they are very slow and impractical.
Get the highly rated Nexus 7: http://www.google.com/nexus/#/7/

Edit: I used to have one myself!, Now using a 13.3" dell.

I've had a netbook for 18 months or so now. I constantly regret being too tight to buy a proper laptop. They are outrageously slow

Aye as suggested give a netbook a miss the front facing camera on the nexus 7 will be better than any sub £200 netbook.
