I'm after a new fully modular power supply to replace my current Seasonic Platinum 760W one which is crackling quite a bit when i flick the power switch, i've had it a while so it's served me well. I'm open to any suggestions, ideally around the 750W mark, fully modular and its for an ATX build. What do you reckon to the one below ?

I have another quick question while i'm here, if i went for a Seasonic again would my current Season Platinum cables work with a new Seasonic power supply, it would save a lot of messing about if i could just swap the power supply over rather than having to route all the cables agin.

It looks very similar to the well-proven Focus GX (superficial specs, I mean), but with a bigger fan (which most of the versions Seasonic produced for others had upgraded anyway).

This is the only review I've seen:

You could ask them to update this table:

Personally, I would never do this, even if it is technically compatible.

after buying many psu brands for work (we had over a thousand of corsair, & evga, bequiet, seasonic) running in "servers" 24/7 running at 50% load 95% died in 4 years for corsair (cx500's) 1 evga died, 1 bequiet died, all seasonic lived
the only model to last the course was sea sonic, they over spec their psu very well & super reliable , 8 years constant use '& nothing no issues

The MTBF on many Seasonics works out at like 17 years, some of the Corsairs are nearly half that IIRC.
