Recommend me a PCI-E card for £50 - no gaming

hi guys

well i grabbed a X1950 pro as an impulse buy and ive just realised that its a bit OTT for my needs - so am going to sell it to a mate

i want something that will do HD stuff and general office, surfing, would like it to be passive or as quiet as possible and i dont do gaming.

would like it to output 1080p/720p, my lcdtv has hdmi so an hdmi with sound would be a bonus aswell.

would be going into a rig that has a c2d e6550 @ 3Ghz and 2Gb ram running vista 32bit.

am i right in thinking of going for HD2400 or HD2600? Pro or XT? 256mb or 512mb?

or a Asus ATi Radeon HD 3650 256MB PCI-E which can be had for about £50?
