Recommend me a PEN type?

Having had a 20D with standard 18-55 and 50 1.8 for a few years, im now wanting something small but still with lots of manual options to take with me cycling as the 20d is too big and heavy

My Budgets only 250 so im looking at used, cheaper the better,

I was going to just go for an Olympus E-PL2 as they're cheap but theyre getting a bit old...

I recently purchased an epm2 as a small pocket camera with good IQ. Kind of too entry level for a sole camera but makes a good point and shoot for me when I don't want a full DsLR outfit. The main draw of the m43 camera is the sensor, a big leap from the older m43 camera that had relatively poor sensors. This we Sony sensor is as good or better than most current canon crop sensors and last-gen Nikon crop sensors, which means I have almost identical image quality in my bg Nikon d90 as my tiny olympus PEN which fits in my jacket pocket.
