Recommend me A powerline Ethernet Adapter with wifi extender

Budget is about £20 but will extend it if i can find a good one,

It must be said that running a cable would be better than using Powerline adapters, but it isn't always possible.

How fast does the Powerline connection need to be? They run at a fraction of the rated speed.

ive seen thinks like TP-LINK HomePlug AV2 1200Mbps do they work ?

if not what would be the best option to get high speed internet in other rooms

They'll certainly work. How well depends on may local factors and can't be predicted with any certainty.

AV1200 is rather beyond your suggested budget. If you're lucky you'll get something over 200Mbps of actual throughput.

The best option is network cables.

Yeah, double of my budget, ive seen a dlink model for £32,

any other options available, instead of putting holes in the walls

The best option is network cables.

How would i be able to do this ?

With Powerline you'll need at least two adapters. One plugged into the router and the other where you want to connect the device. You're looking at £60+ for AV1200. If you don't want to get into putting holes in the walls they are your best option.

If you look further down this forum you'll find quite a few threads where people have network cabled their houses. It can get messy, but can be worth the effort.
