recommend me a psu

Recently got one of my pcs going again, the psu in it is an antec true power i think 480W, since i've upgraded not all hard drives will power up, so i obviuosly need a new one (the hdd's themselves are fine).

Spec is Intel duo core e6300
Gigabyte (cant remember which) mobo.
XT1800 XT
1gb Ram
WD Raptor 72Gbyte
2x 300gb Maxtors
2x optical drives


I am thinking of getting the Enermax Liberty 620W, I have always had good experiences in the past.
My two main concerns are that once I have a decent PSU in the pc i will be overclocking it, and I also want something quiet as stock, dont have the time to start sticking different voltages on the fans.

edit: also like the look of the 600w noisetaker
 
Having just bought a Seasonic, I'll recommend one of them :) Quiet and solid.

Maybe go for the M12 600W or higher.

The price is deffo right with that - how loud is it though? At the moment my pc is completely silent, the only thing audible is the raptor, but as it only really makes any real noise loading games i have sound on then anyway.
