IMO ocz are terrible psu's...i bought one for my sons rig and it lasted a month....rma'd it back to ocuk and they say they never got it so out £50....i just built a rig for my mate with this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-007-XF&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat= and found it to be a very good psu....i would recommend it 100%

Antec High Current Gamer 620w PSU is another option.

BeQuiet Pure Power L7 530W Power Supply £44.99

A built a similar system to yours AMD Tricore OC to 3.5GZ and 5850 and runs happily off a lowly Corsair CX430W PSU so a 530W PSU will be more than enough for your needs. That Antec 620W PSU is also very good for the price, and will leave plenty of headroom for the future if you wanted to upgrade CPU & GPU.

I've got the 600W OCZ in my rig and there's a 400W OCZ in the wife's, had them over a year now and not had a problem with either, both very quiet too.

It will be ok, just a little more headroom is advised.

with a 5770, you'll have plenty of room. Less so when you go up a gear (5830 / 5850). Then I would go for something meatier like the XFX 550W, the BeQuiet (not available anymore), or some corsair.
