Recommend me a router for xbox 360 + 2 PCs (open NAT is a must!)

Firstly, i just want to mention i know next to nothing about networking, so i may use some terms wrongly.

Right now, i'm using the BT Homehub with 2 PCs. I tried getting an open NAT for PC#1 and finally managed this after disabling DHCP server (and maybe turning DMZ on too) so that PC#1 had an external ip address 86.xxx.xxx.xx and not 192.168.x.x. But after i did this, PC#2 couldn't connect to the internet anymore (it had a 192.168.x.x address). So i reset the settings, and now i cannot get open NAT again.

So i need a router which allows me to set NAT to open on PC#1 while still allowing PC#2 to access the internet. I may be getting an xbox 360 soon so that needs internet access at the time time too, with open NAT also.
All 3 will be connected by ethernet cables.
My line is ADSL.

Would prefer cheap and functional :)

Thanks!

You do realise that open nat on an xbox simply means the external and internal ports are the same right? Moderate nat means the external and internals are different i.e. the routers nat is functioning. You don't need open nat, you only need moderate but Microsofts naming system, like windows, is pants. turn on upnp, turn off xbox, restarts router, restars xbox. Works.

What you want is not possible. For a pc to have open nat the router needs nat disabled, which means only 1 device can access the net. The whole point of a blooming router is nat. You use nat and upnp and everything will connect, or you don't and it wont. Simple :D

I don't have the xbox 360 yet, so i cannot be sure if that would work, but i have read a LOT of people have problems connecting to games with the bt homehub because of a strict NAT.

I play SF4 on the PC, and i have problems connect to people when NAT is strict, but not when it is open. upnp is enabled there and doesn't make a difference.

Do you use BT Homehub?

That's because the homehub is equally pants :D It's upnp gives many people problems, mostly because it's practically useless.

What's your budget?

I just bought a (what I thought good) "ADD ON" brand router. 300Mbps speed Wifi, usb adapter bundled (£45). Got major issues connecting the xbox through it, keeps dropping its wifi connection thru my pc / laptop too.

Going to have to take it back and buy something more expensive, which is very annoying, as I think having to spend anything more than 40 quid on a router/modem is a total rip off.

I just can't bear the thought of sticking with 54Mbps wifi. Its transfer speeds are so p**s poor it makes me cry.

Modem-router combinations & router are a bit much over here in the US also a Cisco-Linksys WRT54G Wireless-G Router is $84.99 online here. Not sure how $ goes to quid though.

Some reviews seem to suggest the DG834GT isnt that good.
Isn't there a wireless version of that?

eBay is your friend :)
Probably, but i wanted ideas of which to look for first!

I'm going to wait for my xbox to arrive first and see what the situation is, and go from there. I didn't realise routers were so expensive :(
