Recommend me a small guitar amp

Hi guys,
I have all my guitar equipment at a lock up most of the time but i'd like to sort out a little amp for the house so I can once again riff at home.

Can anyone recommend me a little amp with a mighty sound?
I would preferably like one with overdrive of some kind on it.

For small practice amps the only one I would EVER recommend is the Roland Cube:

Search for "Cube" - there are many sizes in the range so one will def suit you! It's just a GREAT amp full stop!

Roland Cube 15 Guitar Amplifier

without a doubt. can be had for £50 deliverd from a uk seller.

they even got a video showing it off :-)

and it has built in overdrive and a few others fx

The Cube is excellent, although for a few bucks more, the Line6 Spider is an excellent little amp to !!

Laney LC15R. All tube proper amp. Will knock spots off other practice amps. Quite pricey though - about £190.

Line6 = NO!!

I would put the Cube ahead of Line6 any day.... not worth the extra money! Not worth any money actualy lol....

Vox or Cube as's been said. The little Vox Valvetronix's are pretty decent, but the Cube (in any form other than the smallest) really does manage to sound like a bigger amp.

I managed to get a Roland Cube 15 off ebay for £38 incl. postage.
Nice. I'm looking forward to rocking it
