Has to be around £20 - £30.
I'm looking to buy today, please no competitors. Just models.
It'll be serving and old AMD Processor, RAM and an AGP Graphics card.
I've got everything, just need a replacement mobo.

Thanks :)

some asrock boards still around new and faily cheap, most based on SIS chipsets usually very solid but with basic overclocking only if you need any.

K7sxe series

or more likley at least new the

K7S41 series

lots of choice if you go second hand should be really cheap though!

DFI Lanparty NFII Ultra B

best socket A board.. EVER!

if you get a good one that is, and i'm sure all the 2nd hand ones going round now will be pretty good ones :)

I have the Asus A7N8X-E, I'm quite happy with it. It has never let me down.

Also when you boot up a nice lady talks to you, so you will never be lonely.

id say look for an abit nf7 also, but watch out, some are a lot better than others.

If you're going to be using onboard sound DEFINATLY look for one of the motherboards with nvidia SOUNDSTORM, its on the nf7-s i have, its brilliant!

Yup, the SOUNDSTORM caused quite a stir when it first appeared in 2003 on the ABIT NF7-S.

Its the D.I.C.E feature thats the killer, real time audio ENCODING (not Decoding) of any PC audio, meaning you could have gaming surround sound from your A/V amp connected via just one optical cable!

As already mentioned the Asrock Socket A board (forgot model number) is good. Used many of them at work for swapping out dead boards.
