Recommend me a web-based Knowledgebase app

Hi all,

Could really benefit from a KB app at work for users to add content, and search for existing known fixes/support routes.

Can anyone suggest any good Kb Software? Ideally open-source and web based. ASP / .net / php.. it really doesn't matter.

It is a ticket system but also has a Knowledge Base built in it, so users can see KB articles related to the issue they have chosen etc. Its web based, but you will need to host yourself.
