Recommend me an auto-clicker

Can anyone recommend a simple, decent auto-clicker, preferably a stand-alone executable rather than installer.

Standalone executable. Doesn't auto-click but stops the screen locking, if that's what you are tryng to avoid.

It's for AFK fishing in Minecraft survivial. We all cope with the lockdown differently, don't judge me

If I was you, I'd look at macro's with autohotkey.

Free to use and it's easy to build a macro to do certain things, I used to use it on Eve Online. Have it auto mining on the PC next to me while I was working on another. Never ran it if I wasn't there though, but it was ideal for semi-absent mining.

I could actually set this up on my keyboard with iCUE I think.

Auto clickers are cheating but since you not doing it online it's fine.

I loathe hackers with a passion, as I do stream snipers, roof campers etc.

I personally don't see it as cheating, as that would make all macros and binds cheating. Eg. In Rust when people bind crouch and mouse 1 to farm / pick walls.

AFK fish farming is incredibly common in MineCraft online, let alone SP Survival as I'll be doing

I was, but it looks like this has been nerfed, at least on win 10.
