Recommend me an ISP

I need to find an ISP that's as cheap as possible with unlimited downloads but more importantly I do not want to be tied into a 12 month contract because I am likely not to be living in the property that long.

Suggestions with prices would be brilliant

I'd say AOL if you need unlimited. If you have your own router then you can go on a rolling 30 day contract.
