Sky is one of the best LLUs that's truly unlimited, has very reliable service, and no throttling.

If you don't want Sky then another alternative is Be. You can keep your BT phoneline with this. However, under their FUP:

What about excessive network usage?

If it's felt that any Be member's Internet activities are so excessive that other members are detrimentally affected, Be may give the member generating the excessive web traffic a written warning (by email or otherwise). In extreme circumstances, should the levels of activity not immediately decrease after the warning, Be may terminate that member's services.

I have no idea if nearly 2tb a month would count as excessive though...

wow, I didnt think anyone would bother using the postcode to find out the exchange, must be nice to have free time on your hands.

I used the exchange code. You missed at least two pieces of information. What have you got to hide?

FAIL.

It's not like that page will reveal anything anyway. The exchange name is the town where the exchange is in (which could be in a completely different town from you), and the map shows where the exchange is (not your address). So it's pretty much impossible for us to hunt you down from a simple samknows search :p.

From this it seems to be £10 a month + £12.25 line rental for the unlimited package. But for the first 6 months, yes it's £5 a month.

honestly? 2TB a MONTH? Linux distro's i suppose? Whilst Sky don't have any usage allowances I still suspect they may have something to say about 2TB a month. it's not normal for a 'home' user to use that much data.

You exposed yourself.

Normal people would have taken the hint or if they were curious would have just looked it up themselves. You made a tool out of yourself by just posting the link. Understanding social situations and a lack of decorum seem to be issues with you.

No, I run windows.

I don't want to recommend BT because I hate them in many different ways. But i have to give it to them the Business fiber offering is quite good value for money, when it works and when they are not stealing money from me by billing me incorrectly.

I pay £18 for business phone line (cheapest one you can get)
I pay £40 for a unlimited guaranteed 16mbit min download in peak times business fiber connection. I have only been capped to 16mbit once of twice and that was because i did like 80gb and was going in to peak time still downloading. So i just stopped the d/l and started it up again a few hours later and it was back to normal. But i often download a a few things during peak times and it is not capped. So i am not sure when they drop it too 16mbit, doesn't seem too often.

all prices including vat, this information is supplied as is, i accept no liability for your decision. :D

edit: sorry i missed your post about your exchange. Move house ?

Normal people wouldn't censor the information in the first place. Holding back certain information makes it harder for people to assist you. Anyway, I think you're just looking wave your e-***** by posting download figures and stating you only pay £20 per month.

You list peak and non peak usage, what hours are these from/to?

8am-11:59pm

I posted all relevant information that was requested. I think you were trying to grow an epeen by some how trying to get one over on me by being a creepy internet stalker. Also if your impressed by how much I download or think someone else might be impressed then something is severely lacking in your life also I never stated in this thread how much i pay for my internet and its quite obvious I am not happy with my current provider hence looking for a replacement.

 your a really odd person
