Recommend me (does this exist?)

I'm looking for a "Hifi/Music" system that is either Wifi enabled for MP3 streaming or can take a USB connection to pull music from my desktop. It's to be located in the next room.

Does something like this exist?

I know apple have a wifi product that you plug into your mains and then run a cable to your amp/hifi and that streams music wirelessly from iTunes. I imagine there are similar products that are non-apple.
