Recommend me some classical music please. :-)

I listen to most genres of music, bar hip hop and rap, and am trying to get into classical music too, but don't really know where to start.

Cheating a bit, I bought Escala's album, not strictly classical, but somewhere near, and I love that, and William Orbit's classical reworkings too.

I'd ideally like some relaxing classical music to unwind to, and some more upbeat stuff too if possible. Cheers.
