Recommend me some games

I've just bought an xbox 360 and would like to know what are the must have games. I'm initially getting Forza 3 and Fifa 10 for me and Lego Batman and Crash of the Titans for the kids. Don't like FPS games on consoles so none of them please

Should have said i had one years ago so the old ones like Proj Gotham and Condemned i've already played (jumpiest game ever!). Preferably some newer releases.

CrackDown (you can get this for a few quid and 'tis awesome)
