Recommend me some games

So i got a £81 gift card for trading in some old games, and im after some reccomendations!

Need to get back into the core of gaming, i feel ive missed out on a lot of good single player story games as i usually just go for multiplayer only! althought a game with both is ideal.

For both PS3 or xbox 360!

Im playing uncharted 2 right now, its awesome. La noire ive played and the repetetivness got me bored :( i played assasins creed 1 and 2, never finished them though, Should i just buy the latest or isit worth startin froms cratch :s
 
You could get ps plus there are a lot of full ps3 games free to download with a ps+ sub.
 
Depends what you like:
Uncharted Series
Ratchet and Clank series although some may find it too childish
Deamon or Dark Souls for those that like a challenge
Assassins Creed series, some people hated the first one though but I personally enjoyed it
Metal Gear Solid series for stealth/action
DUST 514 upcoming FPS that is free to play
Dragons Dogma or Skyrim if you like open world adventure games
FF
 
Mass Effect, The first one can be had really cheap now and it's a fantastic universe to delve into. You also have 2 and 3 to play if you like the first.

Also Skyrim <3
 
Currently playing through the MGS HD collection and i have to say im enjoying gaming again with these, they really don't make games like they used to. I highly recommend the HD collection.
