Hi all,
Ive just upgraded my case from a CoolerMaster HAF 912 case to a Corsair Obsidian 650D and it looks awesome!
Right OT, I currently have 2x Sharkoon Silent Eagles http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-006-SH&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=4 mounted on the radiator as a push and pull. But it is way too loud. I can adjust the speed of one of the fans (the one mounted against the chassis) but not the other one, so its contantly on full blast and when im playing games where both fans are on full, it is really loud. I tried replacing these with prolimatech fans http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-003-PL&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=4 because of the amount of airflow to noise ratio, but for some reason even when both fans are on full, it didnt shift as much air as the Sharkoons so now theyre both just mounted on top of the case as intake fans.
Can anyone recommend me some similar replacements for my sharkoons that shifts a lot of air but very quietly? Im also looking to replace the front 200mm case fan that came with that case because that fan shifts absolutely no air even at full speed. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks
Some specs and pics:
i7 3930k
16GB Kingston HyperX
ASUS P9X79 PRO
OcUK H2Flo Liquid Cooler
GTX 580
If you need any more info let me know.
