Recommend me some RAM and motherboard

Hey, i new to these forums, but was pointed this way. Basically i want a conroe system with the e6300, but i'm not sure which motherboard and ram combination is best. Doesn't have to be an SLI motherboard, my 7800gt will suit me fine, and i will be heavily overclocking, so can anyone recommend me some decent overclocking RAM, decent motherboard, and possibly a nice heatsink/fan, i;m hoping to achieve about 3.0Ghz, and have a £300-350 budget for the RAM/MOBO/HSF. :)

The newer e6300's seem to be reaching upto 3.2Ghz pretty easily. Some are going beyond that.
