Recommend me some RAM?

I am currently configuring a gaming PC. I am struggling to pick out some RAM. I am going for 16MB. Can someone recommend me some RAM? Don't want to be spending anymore than £100.

Here are my build specs so far:

Intel i7 4790K
Gigabyte GA Z97X GAMING 5
GTX 980 Ti (Brand to be confirmed)
Corsair CX750M PSU

the cheapest ram with a speed of 1600Mhz or higher.
1333mhz to 1600mhz as a noticeable difference in performance for gamer. any speed past 1600mhz as no real world difference so unless you want ram with LED's or a fancy cooler type to match you other components just get whats cheap.

Do you have any of your parts yer for your build? is no you can build an 1151 system for the same sort of money right now. and there will be a big ass gain in power.. you also no longer need to buy a K chip cpu to over clock the new chips so that just makes it cheaper to build too
