Recommend me some tri-channel memory pls!

So got my new build up and running finally (a long story) and now want to swap out the old dual channel memory for 6GB tri-channel and would appreciate ppl's recommendations please.

Basic Specs below:

CM690 II (white)
i7 950 3.06 GHz
CM Hyper 212
Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R Intel X58
XFX 6950
OCZ Platinum 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C7 1333MHz Dual Channel Kit (OCZ3P1333LV4GK) RAM
Asus Xonar DG

Any and all advice much appreciated...

Alternatively, add a single stick of 2GB OCZ Platinum 1333MHz C7 to your current set.

Can someone quickly explain the diff between 12800 (as you recommended) and say 16000 RAM - the benefits or not etc?

Why would you go for one over the other?

Whether or not they're the same depends on what the OP means.

PC3-12800 is the same as 1600MHz RAM.

PC3-16000 is 2000MHz RAM.
