Recommend me....

Ive not bothered with upgrading etc for quite a while now so im a bit out the loop with what motherboards are good and whats bad etc but im wanting to upgrade to an E6600 setup, all i need from you guys is to recommend me a motherboard/ram combo thats both cheap and will work perfectly

im not looking to overclock at all
im not looking to buy the best stuff, just want it to be cheap and stable

lastly i dont know what im going to upgrade the graphics too yet (ati or nvidia) but im currently using an X850XT PCI-E just fyi
