Recommend PSU for new conroe rig?

hello all

any recommendations on a psu unit for a new rig i'll be building soon?

i know about the seasonics and know that they are great?

anything tops it up in terms of performance and acoustics?

Seasonics are very good, get the S12 600W or S12 500W, depending on how much hardware you need to power.
