i was waiting for pro street and it turned up really bad played it few ours then deleted it. i think this year is not so good for racing games and im quite bored and just about to reinstall nfs:underground 2 is there any other good racing games ?

im a bit half/half about nfs ps previous nfs games were great fun 
but with this new ones is just a matter of getting used to the changed gameplay... the thing that hard for me is all the SHARP braking you have to do as almost any turn 
its onnoying, so is there any driving games out there that are similar to what the older nfs games did best
