Recommend some basic ARMA II scenarios

I'm getting more and more into ARMA II and am wondering both where to get scenarios from, and also what scenarios are really good for someone without much ARMA experience to play.

Also, same question for the ARMA III alpha.

TBH, the best ones are the ones you make yourself.

In terms of SP, if you're looking for a quick game, take a look for some missions by a guy called Saok. Those are good.
