I'm looking for a bit of inspiration here. I'm going through one of those phases where I want to kick the red meat and eat some more fish. Afterall, it makes for a less heavy meal late on a weekday evening and it is better for you! Normally I just end up doing a bit of salmon with mash and veg.. but that's pretty uninteresting. The only other fish I really get often is mackerel/haddock which generally goes in a risotto.
So what other fish is out there? Is it all as expensive as I think it is? If someone suggests sea bass (etc.) my first instinct is 'that's expensive, I may as well buy a steak'
