Recommend us a decent inkjet printer!

Our workhorse canon has given up the ghost so we are in need of a new printer. I thinking there must be a printer out there that doesnt cost megbucks to run, a printer that has seperate colour tanks or something instead of a single colour that costs a lot to replace. But I just dont know where to start...

Anybody have any recommendations?

I have to say I am pleased with my Canon Pixma 4300 printer. I also have Canon MP610 in the house.

Quite a few of the Epson Inkjet's use individual cartridges. I would look at them and check to see if compatibles are readily available for the model you choose.
