recommend watercooling parts

hi can some 1 recommend me some watercooling parts
i want to cool my opty 146 via watercooling, but watercooling is all new to me

im after a 1x120mm rad, good pump, waterblock, resevoir

and how much money are we talking for a custom setup?

thx Dr Jones, so im after a pump that can do 1200 LPH+

and that will be ok for a 1x120mm rad?

yea ive just bin reading reviews on the apex ultra kit and all them seem good
