Recommend Wired Broadband Router for NTL 10mb?

need a new router for thursday not bothered with wireless just a simply wired one will do me

price not a problem

prefer something in stock from ocuk if possible

i had problems with a netgear one i first tried, now use the Linksys BEFSR41 and its been fine.

Got my D-Link DGL-4300 set up today and it's working pretty sweet. Not tried any of the nifty gaming features yet though! There is a wired-only version as well (DGL-4100).

i agree the D-Link DGL-4300 is pretty nice. There aren't any other home use routers with any form of QOS on their upload. I bought this router because the main thing for me was it can handle a lot of traffic. Even with a lot of concurrent connections (such as can occur with p2p) i've found i can still use the internet.

It's at a special price at OCUK too at the moment, i'd get this one too if you aren't bothered with wireless you can just use it like a normal wired router. It's handy to have the wireless function though. You can turn of the wireless function from the configuration page
