Recommend wireless antenna

So i managed to snap the wires on my wireless antenna that came with my motherboard, so i am need of a replacement, would rather have fixed ariels that screw directly in and not have trailing wires.

Would this one be ok, not sure what 8dBi stands for, they also do a 5dBi but 8 is more so gotta be better right

Any screw in aerial should work fine i would assume u can get them on even the cheapest adapters! Ill be using a screw in one on mine when i get this board!
