Recommendation 500-700 budget (Video editing, Photoshop)

What you recommend parts wise for a system capable of video editing, photoshop as well as gaming too? The budget is only around 500-700, it doesn't have to be fantastic but overall something that's going to be benefical for me. Ideally I would need the mointor, mouse and keyboard too. I really appreciate your help, guys!
