Recommendation for a HSF / 4Ghz E5200
Hullo everyone,
I think I may be in need of a new HSF for my trusty old LGA775 system. The reason being my Scythe Ninja Rev B can no longer cool the monster that lurks beneath.
I recently swapped my E5200 for a mates E5200 simply to see how it clocks. My old one did 3.75Ghz at 1.325v. The new one does 3.75Ghz at STOCK volts
This is 18hours Prime95 stable and has been solid for the past 3 weeks.

Now I know this little chip can go much higher but the HSF is limiting me. Under IBT, it hits 84C and playing Battlefield Bad Company 2, it can hit around 79-81C. Needless to say, it is a bit on the toasty side.
I have reseated the Ninja countless times, re-applied AS5 etc no to avail.
I have trawled through google and I am led to belive the Prolimatech Megahalems Rev B rulles the roost now?
Can it cope with say a 4.25Ghz OC at 1.35V? (Wishful thinking here) Is there anything better I should consider?
EDIT
Just to add, my current HSF is the Scythe Ninja Rev B with a 1400rpm 120mm fan. Silence is very important so I would need a HSF that works well with little airflow.
