recommendation for PSU

Can anyone recomend me a good solid PSU for a friends set up as his went kaput, . his specs are

Dualcore celeron processor 1.6
standard foxconn mobo,
250gb hdd i think.
and he has a 9600gt that he wants to be able to use without the pc shutting off because of the PSU.

Cheaper the better but something he wont need to worry about
