I've been watching a lot of street food videos on Youtube (Mark Wiens, Food Ranger, etc) and learnt about sambal being used a lot in parts of the far east.
I am tempted to try it in stir fries and curries.
Any recommendations for brands to look out for? I've got a local Chinese shop, but if I can't get it there, I will probably order online.
